Jonathan Rea (Kawasaki) won the race 2 of the 6th round World Superbikes, at Donington Park, the Northern Irishman preceded the Kawasaki team-mate Tom Sykes, who won the race 1.
Viñales arrives to 6th MotoGP round with 85 point followed by Pedrosa 68, Rossi 62 and Marquez 58.
On this weekend the F1, championship where many teams involved are equipped by BMC, race on Monaco Circuit. The famous street circuit is well-known for having the lowest average speed and tyre degradation of the year: as such a one-stop race is the most likely scenario.
In the French GP at Le Mans, Viñales (Movistar Yamaha MotoGP sponsored by BMC) won after an excting fight with teammate Rossi, ended with Valentino crashing on the final lap. 2nd and 3rd were, respectively, Zarco (Yamaha) and Pedrosa (Honda). Now Viñales is championship leader.
